Last weekend I had the pleasure to participate at Chantal Perrinjaquet’s leadership-seminar “leadership of the new times”. With her high spirits and full of energy she taught me how to recruit personnel in a way that it remains and how to lead them and communicate with them effectively and sensitively. She also showed me methods to glue the team together and motivate it to carry out successfully the vision and the strategy of my firm. In many interactive sessions we practiced the valuable tools and methods she provided us with.
The 2 ½ days seminar was very interesting and provided a lot of new information and practice I did not know yet. It consisted of interactive workshops, always surprising, entertaining and very authentic. I will apply my new capabilities and knowledge from today and I’m sure I will profit from them as an entrepreneur and personally.
The seminar took place at a great venue and featured diverse and engaged participants I could meet as valuable new business contats and also get to know personally.
