The agile audience did engage from the start in lively interaction and discussions. This allowed me to turn their negative prejudices on compliance into views on the potential benefits and advantages.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Together we drafted the job profile of the ideal compliance officer. The participants contributed expectations such as \u201cgiving clear answers\u201d, \u201cbeing a role model\u201d or \u201cbeing perceived to be an enabler\u201d.
