Personal data is any data that can be directly or indirectly related to you personally, e.g. your name, address, email addresses, user behaviour.
Details of the data controller
The data controller is the Managing Director Christian Bärlocher.

Your rights
In accordance with Art. 12 et seq. GDPR, with respect to your personal data you have the right to:
- information
- correction or deletion
- restriction of processing
- object to processing
- data portability
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the revocation on the basis of the consent.
Right of objection
Insofar as your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of this data with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, if there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by me without specifying a particular situation.
Collection of personal data when you visit our website
Accessing the website
If personal data is collected on the website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible.
In the case of merely informative use of the website, we collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security; the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR:
IP address, date and time of the access, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, website from which the access came, browser, operating system and its interface, language and version of the browser software.
Contact telephone number and call tracking
If you call us via the contact telephone number provided, we store your telephone number for the purpose of call tracking. Calls are forwarded directly to the assigned target number. When you call us, information on the time, date and duration of the call and the target phone number is collected. The telephone number of the caller is stored. Under no circumstances will the contents of the call be stored. The stored data is made available and transmitted to us. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests, as it is necessary for reasons of quality assurance and ensuring customer loyalty for us to temporarily store and be able to trace the call information).
Cookies
Cookies are stored on your computer when you visit our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive in relation to the browser you are using and which provide the party setting the cookie (in this case, us) with certain information. They are used to make the website as a whole more user-friendly and effective. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests).
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This enables your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a set period of time, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
You can configure your browser settings in line with your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or any cookies at all. Please note that you may then not be able to use all the functions of this website.
Use of the contact form
If you have any questions we offer you the possibility of contacting us via a form provided on the website. In doing so, you are required to provide a valid email address and your name (you can also use a pseudonym here initially) so that we know who the enquiry is from and can answer it accordingly. Further information can be provided on a voluntary basis. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures, if the enquiries are of a contractual nature) or Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (voluntarily given consent).
Deletion of data
Stored personal data is deleted without delay after the purpose for which it was collected (e.g. dealing with the contact enquiry; termination of the contractual relationship) has ceased to exist, and provided that there are no statutory retention periods (in particular professional, tax and commercial retention obligations - the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR) or, for example, statutory limitation periods for data that may be required for legal proceedings (the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Transfer of data
We only transfer or disclose your personal data to third parties if:
- you have expressly consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR,
- this is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of the contractual relationship with you (e.g. transfer to service providers required for the performance of the contract, in particular telephone number service providers, postal services, authorities, courts, experts, tax consultants, etc.),
- there is a legal obligation for the disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR (in particular statutory professional, fiscal and commercial disclosure obligations, e.g. to the tax office, public prosecutor's office, commercial register), as well as
- any disclosure which is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties, in particular the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (e.g. to debt collection services, lawyers), unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of personal data take precedence.
Recipients of the data can also be service providers on whose services we rely for the operation of our business (e.g. technical service providers such as software maintenance, telephone system providers, tracking number service providers, software of Google LLC) and for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, and which process the data exclusively in accordance with our instructions. Such service providers act for us within the framework of contract processing.

We use the following services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We wish to point out that we have concluded an agreement with Google on the contract processing of orders in order to guarantee the secure transmission of data. Google has also undertaken to comply with the Privacy Shield agreement between the EU and the USA on the collection, use and storage of personal data from EU member states. Google, including its wholly owned subsidiaries in the US, has declared on the basis of certification that it complies with the relevant Privacy Shield principles. Google Maps
Via an API this website uses the map service Google Maps to display individual locations. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we indicate on the website. The terms of use for Google Maps and more detailed information can be found here:
Data security
For reasons of security and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this website uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
We also use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by email) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
